1 ) Can I Sell An item ?
- You can pawn or sell your item. We value your item the same way we value a pawn item and do not give more if you sell it.
2) When is my payment on a loan due?
- Loans are made for 30 day periods. You have 30 days from your pawn date to either make a payment to extend your loan or you can pick it up. If you have your green pawn ticket, you can reference the top right hand corner of the ticket and your pick up date will be the same as your maturity date. If you can't pick up your item you can also pay your finance charge to extend your maturity date out for another 30 days.

4) Can Someone else pay/pickup my pawn for me?
- Someone else can pay on your loan or pick up your loan on one condition - The person who pays or picks up the item MUST have your pawn ticket. If the person does not have the pawn ticket we will not divulge any information about you or your loan to that person.
5) Can I Pawn/sell something if i already have something in pawn?
- You can pawn or sell as many items as you would like - we will not hold multiple pawns against you.
6) What are your store hours?
- Monday - Thursday ; 9:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- Friday ; 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday ; 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Sunday ; 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
7) What is the best way to contact you?

8) DO YOU RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED AT YOUR STORE?
- We offer returns on select items with receipts. We do not offer returns on any tools.
9) Do You Do Layaways?
- Yes, we do have a layaway option. See the picture below for more details.
